Morning: Sea Music
Watching the sun rise over the ocean. No breeze stirs here, everything is calm. The air is cool against my skin as I wrap my cardigan more tightly around my arms and body.
The soft grey clouds blush with hues of lilac and pink in excitement for the new day. Constant waves breaking upon the shore fill my ears with the magical tunes of the sea.

Hi Victoria, I ended up having a green smoothie, with gluten free cereal sprinkled on top because I needed to use up my baby spinach- I dislike waste (you might see the picture on my Instagram, some of my Insta pics appear in my right sidebar. I will have the parfait tomorrow (really looking forward to it!), need to collect some more gluten free items at the health food store to make sure it's a smash hit.
